We pride ourselves on professional and collaborative communication. Please visit our Contact Us page for instructions on how to reach us based on the nature of your inquiry. You can expect a response from us within 24 hours on weekdays; weekend responses will be provided at our discretion.
Project Updates:
As a valued client, we aim to keep you informed and connected regarding the projects we manage. You will receive weekly updates on the progress of your projects directly to your inbox. Additionally, we offer monthly meetings to discuss project developments and gather feedback. You may reschedule these meetings at your discretion, provided your preferred time aligns with our availability. Upon request, meeting notes and decisions will be sent to your inbox, along with follow-up messages detailing how decisions have been implemented. All information and assessments will be provided truthfully and accurately.
Issue Resolution:
For any urgent concerns, please contact us, and we will respond as per the terms outlined above. We will work diligently to resolve issues internally, providing regular updates during the resolution process. Should you remain dissatisfied with our efforts, an impromptu meeting may be scheduled to address your concerns.

We are dedicated to respecting your boundaries as a client. Before commencing any project, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) must be signed for the handling of any sensitive information. The NDA will specify our safeguarding measures, including restricting access to authorized personnel, secure storage, and data protection protocols. The NDA will remain effective for the period specified within the agreement.
Data Usage Policy
Data Collection and Consent:

Should our data analysts determine that data collection is necessary for your project, a written consent form will be sent to you, ensuring transparency regarding the data collected and its purpose.

Service Level Agreement
Service Scope:
At Chamberlain Insights, we pride ourselves on our flexibility and can provide a wide range of data analytics services. We handle service requests on a case-by-case basis and assess our ability to serve each client during the initial consultation. Please note that we do not provide spatial analysis, image and video analysis, analysis of complex systems, and machine learning services.
Reliability:
As a core value, we prioritize reliability. The typical uptime for our data analytics platforms ranges from 8-16 hours for smaller to medium-sized datasets to 24 hours for larger datasets. If issues arise, you can expect resolution within the following time-frames, depending on the severity:
- Critical Issues (Severity 1): Complete system outages or major disruptions affecting all users. Resolution: 1-4 hours.
- High Priority Issues (Severity 2): Significant functionality impact with available workarounds. Resolution: 4-24 hours.
- Medium Priority Issues (Severity 3): Moderate disruptions affecting some users. Resolution: 1-3 days.
- Low Priority Issues (Severity 4): Minor issues with minimal impact. Resolution: 3-7 days.
Service Failures and Compensation:
If service levels are not met, Chamberlain Insights will provide credits, discounts, or refunds as outlined in the contract.
Client Responsibilities:
As a client, you are responsible for providing any necessary data for the completion of your project and ensuring that the use of our services complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Force Majeure:
Chamberlain Insights is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, illness, or crises. In such cases, you will be notified via our business email address. Similarly, we will notify you via email one week in advance regarding any planned absences, such as personal vacation or national observances.
Terms of Service
Introduction:
Chamberlain Insights is a data analytics firm primarily serving clients in the financial sector. We offer high-quality, reliable, and affordable data analytics services. We provide a wide range of data analytics services and assess our ability to complete each project on a case-by-case basis during the initial consultation. We do not provide spatial analysis, image and video analysis, analysis of complex systems, and machine learning services.
Acceptance of Terms:
By utilizing Chamberlain Insights’ services, clients agree to the terms outlined in this document.
Client Obligations:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, complying with applicable laws, and using our services appropriately. Clients must also ensure timely communication and cooperation with Chamberlain Insights.
Payment Terms:
Clients may opt for a monthly retainer or a single-project payment model. For the retainer, payments are due monthly as specified in the contract. For the single-project model, payments are due upon project completion. Payments may be made via the platform specified in our contract. If payments are not made by the due date, interest penalties, as outlined in the contract, will apply. Failure to pay may result in legal action.
Confidentiality:
Chamberlain Insights values client privacy and will take necessary actions as specified in the Data Usage Policy to ensure confidentiality.
Termination:
Clients on a monthly retainer may request termination of services if they are no longer needed or if they are dissatisfied with prior issue resolutions. Upon email notification, an impromptu meeting, and for the acceptance of an acceptable reason, all services will be terminated, and no further payments will be due.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any disputes arising under this agreement, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through informal discussions. If unresolved within 30 days, the parties will submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration will be conducted virtually, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding on both parties.
Governing Law:
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. For clients outside the USA, the laws of the respective country will apply where they do not conflict with California law. Any legal action arising from this agreement will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, USA. The parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
Client Onboarding Policy
Introduction:
The Client Onboarding Policy ensures a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new clients at Chamberlain Insights.
Initial Consultation:
Clients can schedule an initial consultation via the Client Prospecting/Service Requests email address listed on our Contact Us page. During the consultation, we will discuss your needs, project goals, and specific requirements.
Documentation and Agreements:
Before starting a project, clients must complete necessary documentation, including contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and consent forms for data collection. These documents ensure both parties are aligned, and that sensitive information is protected.
Project Kickoff:
The project kickoff includes setting goals, timelines, and deliverables. We will define the scope and establish clear expectations with the client.
Client Training:
We offer training sessions and resources to help clients understand and use our services. This includes tutorials, user guides, and one-on-one sessions as needed.
Communication Plan:
Clients will receive regular updates via weekly emails and monthly meetings. Meeting notes and follow-up messages will be provided at request to keep clients informed.
Support and Assistance:
We are available to assist clients throughout the onboarding process. Clients can contact us via our business email with any questions, and we will respond promptly.
Feedback and Improvement:
We encourage feedback on the onboarding process to improve our services and enhance future client experiences.
Amendments:
Chamberlain Insights reserves the right to amend any section of this Client Policy. Clients will receive email notification upon any amendments.
